Letter from the President
With the recent announcements by the City of Marion, we should offer our congratulations and welcome Winterfield, Dollar General, Starbucks as well as the McCrea Development to the greater Grant County community. It is nice to see the mix of interests in our area.
Grant County is in need of an economic shot in the arm. With the announcement earlier of Wal-Mart and these projects, it looks like a windfall maybe headed our way. Let us be sure to applaud those officials and individuals who work tirelessly to bring economic development to not only Gas City, but the entire surrounding area.
