Letter from the President

First I would like to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to lead your Chamber. I look forward to the year ahead. Many of you I intend to visit, hoping to learn a little bit more about you and ensuring that we are meeting your needs.

For those of you who attended the annual dinner, I am certain you have already heard me say the following and I will repeat it often. As a Chamber, you should be proud of this organization. Are we there yet? Of course not, but we have a great start and we look to you as friends and neighbors to champion our causes. As a community and county, things could not be much tougher, but the upturn is clearly visible. With the cooperation between political officials and organization, bright things are bound to happen and once again we need you as cheerleaders when you are out and about. This truly is a fantastic place to live and work and we should take it upon ourselves to let the whole world know.
